उस तिलक को लेकर पश्चिमाभिमुखी होकर ‘ॐ ऐं क्लीं ह्रीं श्रीं ग्लौं ब्लू हसौं नमः काह्नेश्वरि सर्वान् मोहय मोहय कृष्णे कृष्णवर्णे कृष्णाम्बर समन्विते सर्वान् आकर्षय आकर्षय शीघ्रं वशं कुरु कुरु हुं ऐं क्लीं श्रीं।।’ मंत्र से तीन सौ बार अभिमंत्रित करे।
इस प्रकार ललाट पर तिलक करने से सर्व जगत को वशीभूत किया जा सकता है। ऐसे तिलक को लगाने वाले के दर्शन करने मात्र से ही स्त्री-पुरुष, राजादि साधक के वश में हो जाते हैं। जो मनुष्य ऐसे साधक का स्पर्श कर लेता है वह उसी का अनुचर हो जाता है।
